FORCE TO HOLD CHEERLEADER AUDITIONS THIS WEEKEND
Preliminary Rounds To Be Held Sunday
Wild Bill's in Duluth To Host Final Auditions One Week Later ATLANTA, GA. – The Georgia Force, of the Arena Football League, will hold their preliminary cheerleader auditions on Sunday, October 5th at the Gwinnett Civic Center at 11:00 a.m. The Force are looking for women who are enthusiastic, outgoing, dedicated, professional, community oriented and have a positive attitude, to become members of the 2004 Georgia Force Cheerleaders.

The website also offers information on what to wear, tips for preparing for the auditions, criteria the judges will be scoring on, minimum requirements to audition, rehearsal schedule, appearances, uniforms and compensation.

A short dance combination will be taught to all participations in which, they will be asked to perform in small groups in front of the judges. After a first-round of cuts, candidates will then learn some added choreography. Following judging of the Semi-finals, an announcement will be made on those advancing to the Finals. Finalists will then schedule a time for an interview with the Force's Cheerleading Director.
On Saturday, October 11th, the Georgia Force and Wild Bill's will be teaming up to present the 2004 Georgia Force Cheerleader Finals. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and the event is open to the public. There will be a $6.00 cover charge and proof of ID is required (21 years old or older). Wild Bill's is the largest country music concert hall in America and features the largest dance floor in America. The Georgia Force will open their third season in the AFL when the 2004 season kicks off in February. Last year, the Force finished the season at 8-8 reaching the AFL playoffs for the first time in club history and advancing to the Quarterfinal Round.
